Storm made NBN moderm clicking and red light

Hi All, storm has caused my NBN down since last night in Kew East area. I have unplugged and turn off the moderm many times but no use. Please help.

Let us help check the status of the connection. The NBN lights on the NBN box mean a potential line fault. Could you shoot us a PM with your details to proceed with the initial investigation so we can fix this right away?
