Low speed in 5G home Internet

Hi TPG,

5G home Internet speed has been slow again from 6 April. The 5G signal of modem is alright, it stays in the state of 3 or 4 green lights usually, but the Internet speed is bad. I tested, download speed is around 5 Mbps.
