We just had the fibre extended direct to our house and while speed test attached shows speed 4 times faster than before we still get buffering, we use Superloop Superfast plan. We had very similar buffering before fibre connection to house ,how can this be if test shows 4 times faster speed now ? Are we being punked by these providers ?
