Get online support
My NBN service suddenly slowed down in its download speed to 1.2gbps late today. The service was working normally, however, the VOIP light indicator is now off. The other status lights are on, as well as the NBN service lights are working normally.
Could you please check the reason why the service has slowed down?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
Did you test if you could receive and call out using your VoIP?
Are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection?
What speed were you getting before?
