Hi guys,
have been with TPG for a couple of years but never this slow; used the TPG tool to run a test on internet speed and it is 0.2Mbps for download and 0.5Mbps for upload. anyone has any idea what I can do?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test.
We've seen that the initial sync speed of the modem is quite low, however, there's no evident fault on the copper network. We've refreshed the connection remotely and the speed of your service went back to normal.
Your modem is currently in sync with 11.3 Mbps Downstream and 1.02 Mbps Upstream. You may check your connection and get back to us if the issue persists.

It seems that your service is affected by the fault on the copper network. This case was lodged with Telstra and their technician will check the service On or before the 13th of February. Your attendance is not required.
