Superfast upgrade

I was just upgraded to superfast plan from NBN50 plan. I have power cycled both my router and NBN modem. I’m still getting the same speeds as previously - 50/20Mbps. I’ve searched the community forum and it seems that further tweaking may be required at TPG’s end. Could you please confirm. Thanks.

Turnaround time for a speed change is normally 24-48hrs. 

Let's check if the change has been completed. Any chance you can send in your TPG account details via PM?
