TP-Link Archer VR2800/AC2800 modem/router

Hi,

I'm a new TPG customer. My service connection/installation is scheduled for today. Currently I use my 3-year old Telstra modem/router but would like to upgrade to TP-Link Archer VR2800/AC2800. Do TPG support such a device? If yes, could you please supply any hints/tips to assist me with installation? Thank you in advance.

I've searched for your account using your Community and was able to find a match. 

You can use any ADSL2+ modem / router however, we have limited support for 3rd party equipment as such you would need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
