The HG659 network indicator has been blinking and cannot be connected to the network.I tested the network with my friend's modem, there is no problem with the network.I followed the steps above, but I can't connect to the network.
Hi @zbsk, are you referring to the WAN light or the Internet light on the modem?
We have checked the status of your connection and it appears to be up and running for more than 7 hours now.
May we know what modem are you using right now?
