My TPG 5G interenet is suffering constant dropouts ( everyday) and sometimes there won't be internet for a couple of days. 

 

As a customer and a full time worker working at home, I am finding this VERY frustrating. This has had an effect on my work. 


I have tried:

-turning off and on at the wall

-making sure no other devices in the house are connected

-made sure the moden is in a room, near a window where it can receive clear signal. 

The lights usually stay green at the beggining of the dropout, then eventually one of them turns red, then the interenet reconnects. 

It happens to both my phone and my computer, similtainiously. 

HELP!

Hi,

 

As mentioned I have tried every possible solution and it has still not been working. 

 

This happens on a daily basis and is unacceptable and unfair for customers.

Have you tried to factory reset the modem/router?

If not, please try it first and let us know how it goes.

Again, have tried every possible solution. I've reset it couple of times, it does not worth
