Get online support
I've been with TPG forever but in the last 5 days i have lost my internet twice for a number of hours. I downloaded the TPG app as I believe it has a test your internet option. The problem is i cannot connect with the app. I have tried to use my normal TPG account user name and password but i get "login failed" , "The TPG Username or password you have entered is incorrect". I used my community credentials and was told the same. Then I said i had forgotten the password and asked for a temperoray new one. It was sent to my hotmail account . But it also gets the same error. How can i log into the TPG app. Is it the same credentials as when I log into my account with TPG. If so then I know i am typing in the correct credentials because i can get in via the web site using the same username and password. any ideas ?
