Get online support
So since yesterday's outage every few minutes websites will stop loading but my connection is still fine then everything will load all at once. I've rebooted my router and I've tried changing my dns to google/cloudflare + using tpg dns.
Speedtestt is fine I get 100/20 and when I can't load the websites I can still ping 8.8.8.8 and can also ping the webpages so i'm suspecting routing.
I've been on hold for 2 hours trying to call unable to get through to anyone and when you call they say "run service test on tpg my account to not need to call". I've run the service test and it's just stuck saying in progress an hour later, I assume they won't find anything because my line is synced. Really shameful that I can't get through to a human for support I've been with TPG for 17 years but am swapping the service in the last year has gone to ** and I've had 3 major outages in the last couple months.
