TPG Internet drops out multiple times

Our home internet keeps dropping out and is getting worse. Even with only 1 or 2 users at a time. Rebooting the modem, which sometimes goes idle by itself, is helping only temporary

nbn 50 plan with voice ( out of contract

We ran an initial test to the service, the results show a passing speed and stable connection.
