TPG Internet slow since provisioning

Ticket#10431899. Cant get a solution for getting 15Mbps on a 50Mbps plan. Wasted many, many hours on hold and on chat with no results. 

 

On chat - After waiting hours for a response the support person said they would transfer me. The person I got transferred to did not respond. This happened three times.

 

On phone - was told a level 2 technician would call me back in 24 hours. This was last week. Still no call.

 

So far I have spent at least 20 hours of my time trying to get this issue resolved.

 

What are the next steps?

 

I would like to cancel my service and try another ISP.
