TPG NBN CONNECTION was disconnected since last Monday 2/12/19.

Good morning Sir/Madam,

Called many times since last Monday but our phone and internet are still not back this morning.

Please let me know what is going on.

Our pharmacy cannot be functional without a landline and internet.

I have to buy a mobile internet temporarily

Please help urgently !

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been in touch with our NBN Provisioning team case managers.

 

Your NBN service was taken out by another provider due to the location ID issue within the NBN database.

 

Your case manager has requested for an updated location ID to NBN Co in order for us to provide you the service. She will be in touch with you tomorrow to provide further updates with the case.
