@srwaldo . Are you able to use your phone's browser on mobile data to access quickconnect on NAS?
On your laptop, do tracert to NAS local ip address. Should return 2 hops.
Can you login to the NAS command line function. Do traceroute 8.8.8.8
Do tracert 8.8.8.8 on laptop. Are the 2 outputs the same?
