TPG NBN - YouTube not accessible

This week moved to TPG NBN, couldn't access YouTube on WiFi (both on 5ghz and 2.4ghz). Tried also on Chrome Incognito, typed in www.youtube.com , getting 'This site can't be reached error'. All other sites which I regularly use like news.com.au, smh.com.au , gmail, google drive work fine. How do I fix this? 

YT is working fine on my mobile.
