NBN dropping out during speed test. Ping is 6, download 11 Mbps, however stalls during Upload test and looses internet connection and then comes back a few minutes later. I have tried another known good modem/router and it displays the same problem. Connection has always been good, however the past few days I have noticed regular drop outs. Have tried to enter Chat Support and receive message that they are over worked and try later. Don't have the time for this kind of service and I will pull the plug and cancel if I cannot receive the service and support that I pay for.
