You need to be aware that your nbnorders@tpg.com.au and nbnpod@tpg.com.au email addresses are not working. I was given both these addresses to try by one of your customer service representatives in order to send some proof of ID documents. Both email addresses come back with "Mail Delivery Subsystem: Undeliverable" errors when I try and send to them, so presumably a problem with your mail servers. You really need to get this fixed ASAP.
