TPG NBN service can not connect sina.com and weibo.com

It's look likeTPG routing node problem, already 2 days……somebody call help line but no one fix the issue.

Hi @hankhuang @YDGu . 

Another user had same problem with another web site. It is known to Google's dns but not TPG's.

You can set your computer to use a specific DNS address or set the address in the router. Normally, the router gets the DNS address from TPG and your computer gets it from the router.

@YDGu @hankhuang . TPG and Google agree on ip addresses. It is a routing problem.

www.sina.com, weibo.com, www.weibo.com all timeout in the Soul network, not finding the next hop.

sina.com gets into a routing loop in Chinanet-Backbone.

Because no one fix it…the help desk keep tell people to reset the router or change the DSN setting. This is ridiculous. Whole service can not access the world biggest Chinese social website but no one try to fix it

have a try on setting the two DNS.

One (as the primary) : 192.168.1.1

Second: 114.50.1.1

It works for me temporally.
