TPG continues to lock me out of my account

For weeks TPG has locked me out of my acount. Nothing has been done or suggested to unlock the account. Is TPG aware that not everyone owns a mobile phone to receive the OTP. Why hasn't TPG followed the example of large corporations by providing alternate means of receiving the code? Numerous telephone calls and emails have accomplished nothing but frustration.

Our team is currently working to provide options for customers to receive the one-time password, but for now we will continue to send it by SMS.


We'd like to check on the status of your email request to confirm your identity.
