TPG nbn not working

My 82 + 83 years old parents are stranded in an apartment (unit 8B/ 70 Terrace Road, East Perth 6004) without phone access because tpg/nbn is down. ‬

‪Please help to sort the matter out or they can’t call for help when there is an emergency!!!!‬

The connection just came through after 6 hours of handshake attempts.
