Our internet drops out every day. Tried calling for assistance to solve issue but nobody picks up phone at your end?
TPG customer service has always been great. Why lack of assistance now?
Our modem is close to 6 years okd. Time to upgrade?

When you experience the dropouts, did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router?

Are you mainly using WiFi connection or there's wired as well?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
