TPG not responding

My internet connection has been down for two days. I have been trying to contact TPG through various numbers given on their website with no avail. When I called the technical support number I was promised a call back within one hour and 10 minutes. It’s been more than two hours no one has called me back. Can someone respond to this ASAP and help fix my internet connection.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Unless I receive a response in the next half an hour this will be reported to ACCC!
