Hi. TPG email servers blacklisted. Is this being addressed ?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Are you using your main Email account?

Not sure what troubleshooting to try. It is TPG's IP that is blacklisted. Sending email to same person via GMAIL works fine. Through TPG, fails. I think it is TPG who have to get their IP off the blocklist.

Hi @haychis

 

Have you tried to reboot your modem/router to get a fresh IP?

If not, try it first. Are you sending an email via Post office or Mail client?

I got the same error for a bundle of emails rejestec from Bigpond today

'5.7.1 Connection refused. 60.241.0.14 is blacklisted in Invaluement RBL List.

 

It must be a TPG issue.
