TPG router auto restart

My router keeps restarting every 30 minutes for no clear reason.

Thanks for raising this to us. If the issue still persist please try to perform factory reset of the modem/route. Let us know how it will go.

To be more clear about the issue. Everytime the router restarts, it gets a different IP.

If you are on the NBN service, then it is normal as it is set to have a Dynamic IP address.

If you are on the ADSL2+ service, then we need to check on it further as it is set to have a Static IP address.
