nbn 100 upload speed

is nbn fibre better than nbn coaxial? in terms of speed.

this is my speed when i was in the old place, using i believe it's the coaxial cable and Arris CM8200 Modem.

but when i move to the new place using fibre, this is what i get

107 down and 18 up

a little bit better in download, which is no use to me at this difference, but the upload speed is dramatically reduced. is this speed normal in the nbn 100 plan??

Our NBN100 plan is now configured with 20Mbps Upload speed. You may check the information here.

This means that the Upload speed that you are getting is within range.
