Hi @frustrated2

I have checked your ADSL2+ service and all tests are passing.

I changed a setting and your sync speed is now 5meg for a 3.8km service.

With NBN-FTTC, if things go to plan as most do, the cutover should be seemless.

When you receive all the new equipment, you unplug all your existing equipment, and plug in the new equipment and it should all work within 5mins. Of course there is risk of NBN issues outside our control.

You may check the setup guide that we've created for NBN FTTC here.
