TPG upgrade proposed

There were email advising increaseed of payment for all TPG Broadband plan, the NBN50 to NBN100 started the offer on 16 May 2024. Checked speed nothing had changed on speed still at 50MB.

May we know if you have opted in for the upgrade via email? If yes, the speed upgrade will commence during a 6-week period from mid-April to end of May.

If no change after May 2024, send us a private message and we'll look into your account.

I opted in through the email and the speed has remained at 50MPS. It's now 1/06/2024. Have sent a message to Accounts and Billing.
