Terrible internet speed FTTB S Bundle - will cancel if not fixed

We've been using the internet succesfully all day and then during the evening our speeds have dropped considerably and i cannot use multiple programmes.  Why has the speed suddently dropped to almost nothing, what has caused it and how can it be fixed. This is extremly poor service!

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at https://www.tpg.com.au/servicestatus
  • "Power cycle" your FTTB modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.
