There is no phone connection or internet

I need the phone connection fixed and the internet connection. We haven’t had a phone or internet for a few days. Please organise a technician to come out.

I've managed to locate the account using your Community details and ran remote test. Based on the results, it appears that the homephone and internet should all be working now.
