Thunderbird has stopped working

I cannot receive or send emails through Thunderbird.

Hi @Molly , have you tried to remove and set up your email again?

Have you upgraded Thunderbird which then stopped working?

Also, deleting your account in Thunderbird might delete your saved emails. Unless you can back them up.
