Get online support
hi so whilst getting speeds of down to 11mbps doownload and .4 mbps upload on a 50mbps plan.this tickect was created.
NBN has been at my house/street all day.
these are images of the speeds they say i should be able to get, and what i am getting.
Can some one please explain? I dropped to a 25 plan 3 days ago. so by these numbers i should be gettting very close to 25/5. Is TPG throttling my connection? do i have profiles added to incresae stability?
Update: Spoke to 2nd lvl tech suppoort. said i had a profile due to errors on the line.
instead of fixing the error they stabalised the connection reducing my speed dramatically.
After nbn fixed error when i raised the issue, 2nd lvl support opened up connectioon to full.
Suppoort person was realy nice and helpful, sad the issue wasnt sent to nbn before throtling connection.
if i hadnt pushed the isssue i would be paying for nbn fr 2 years but getting worse than adsl...
