Tracking a service call

How can I track a service call that I made last week, as I haven't received any acknowledgement of my call by sms or email.

Hi @oneils,

 

Thanks for sending us your details. We're able to locate the account using your given details and we've seen that inquiry about the NBN Speed boost has been raised to our Account Specialists Team

 

At moment the NBN Speed Gift project is ongoing still and on trial currently. We will work on the feedback given to improve the service and experience.

Thanks, as today I'm tracking at 10Mbps up and down on my 50Mbps plan. So something is not right.

Thanks for the additional details can you post a screenshot of the speed test result on this thread for reference?

 

Also, perform another speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable if there is available.

TPG speedtest, from desktop hardwired to modem. WiFI tablet gives similar speeds

Further to our discussions. I was told on Saturday (6/3) that there is an NBN issue affecting speed within the Golden Grove area. Are you aware of this and could this be the source of my speed issues and dropouts?
