Trouble connecting

Internet disconnected since Monday 19 to today. I’ve just changed my plan on Thursday. Can you fix it please?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.

We've noticed that the configuration of the modem is not correct, which is why you are not able to get the internet.

 

We've created an article that will guide you on How to set up your TP-Link VR1600v modem

 

Once done, you should be able to get the modem online.
