Unable to automatically set up FTTC

Hi,
My NCD and Modem work fine with all lights green and showed Internet active but I wasn’t able to browse any pages. I left it like this for 2 hours with 2 reboots through the small pin on the modem. I went to EWAN settings and changed Default settings username to ********* and the password that I have for TPG account. after that the internet Shows cross, maybe my account hasn’t been activated yet ?
