Unable to connect work VPN

recently started using tpg broadband 5 g which is wireless. When am trying to connect to vpn it is not allowing to do so. The network is blocking the connection to vpn somehow not sure. Because when I’m try to connect with my mobile hotspot it works. So there is something wrong with the network. Can you please advise how to make this work. Thanks

Having changed to 5G wireless, the VPN has never worked?

5G wireless uses CG-NAT which prevents any inbound connection from the internet. If your VPN uses this function, it won't work. It would be odd if it worked that way. You may need to find out from your work how the VPN system works.
