I have just got a new connection and i am unable to contact the customer support . It says we are busy at every time . Its been more than a week I applied with tpg . I have recieved the modem but there is not any hfc box in the house and i need to get in touch with tpg but i am unable. I got a email from them to send my signed lease but its been so long time I didn’t recieved any reply and also unable to chat with them and call them ..
