Unable to receive emails via TPG Post Office (Web) or Outlook 2019

Hi TPG,

 

Reported this fault at least three times in the last 2 weeks.

Your tech had called twice to follow up and told me it is an ongoing issue with the mail server.

 

One of the three registered emails with my account can only receive emails intermittedly:

 

a) Via Outlook 2019 - it takes forever to get emails;

b) Via TPG Post Office from the web with below messages popped up all the time:

b1) new-postoffice.tpg.com.au says sevrer erro:cannot read-connection closed?

b2) 504 Gateway Time-out

 

Can someone rectify this issue ASAP?

We suggest to directly raise the email issue to our postmaster to get real-time update, you may send an emai to postmaster@tpg.com.au

 

Also include your account details and the affected E-mail address.

I picked the subject thinking i would be able to edit it before it going out, my actual issue is that I havew been without my emial for over 3 weeks now, with a lot of attempts to fix without success. Its close now TPG have recreated but not added final data and sent me temporary password.

I know I will have received a number of impotrtant emails over the 3 weeks and really need this sorting out ASAP now.

 

Did lodge a message previouysly but I clicked resolved by accident, details can be found in my last post.

Send us a Private Message with your best contact number and preferred time, we'll have our Account Specialists to contact you to assist you retrieve the log-in of the E-mail address.
