Unable to reset password

I am trying to reset my password to my account but keep getting an error message on Chrome when I click "forgot your password".

This site can’t provide a secure connection

account.tpg.com.au sent an invalid response.

 

  • Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Any ideas?

What browser are you using?

Can you try another browser?

 

Also, try clearing the cache or browsing history, then try to reset the password again.

 

Let us know how it goes.

Hey Basil,

Chrome, latest version, full security set up and activated...but it didn't work even when I took that off and tried.
I'll give those things a try, thanks

Tried another browser and it worked!
Bit bemused as to why it wouldn't work in Chrome but there you go...
