Unable to send email from Outlook

Hi,

I am unable to send email from my tpg account, the following error message is shown in outlook. Receiving email is fine.

Task 'xxxxxx@tpg.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) email server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: 554 rpt-cro-asav6.external.tpg.com.au'

Are you able to send out emails via TPG Post Office? If yes, could you try to change your email account password, then try again?

 

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number if you receive the same error.
