Unacceptable speed after upgrading the internet from NBN12 to Homewireless 20

Hi team, 

I upgraded my internet from NBN12 to home wireless broadband last month. I was hoping it will be as fast as what it was described on the ad. but it's not. 

 

It's painful that I cann't do anything which the internet speed is toooooo slow. 2 speed-test images are attached below. 

 

Please help me with this. Is it something wrong with the internet or something else? Otherwise, I will need to change to another service.
