Get online support
I too am having this problem.
I have been chasing solotion for months and wasted much of my time talking to TPG and OTHERS, all to no avail.
Why TPG can't offer better explanation on this thread is beyond me!

Are you using an Email client or the webmail?
If email client, are you able to send an email via webmail for comparison?

Not entirly sure what you mean by "Email client or the webmail"
I have tried with both MacOS "Mail" and using Post Office and now TMC. If thats what you mean?
All methods fail.

I don't seem to be able to message at all using Safari 17.2 and using firefox the function is there but when I press send, nothing happens and after a few attempts it tells me I have sent too many messages.
So please email me my user name at TPG and you may want to have the IT people look at the messaging issues.
There's no reported issues within our webmail, @rumboy23

I am having exactly the same problem. The error message dated (07/03/24) reads as follows:
The following message to <peter@meerkatmufflers.com.au> was undeliverable. The reason for the problem: 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'.
Please rectify this ASAP.
