Unstable 5G Home Broadband Service

Hi TPG,

My 5G Broadband Plus service has been extremely unstable in the past week. The reception seems to be okay on the modem (3-4 green bars) but the download speeds have been extremely slow (<1-5 mbps). This seems to be the same case for both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections on my computer and my phone.

I am not sure what the problem is here and I am considering cancelling my plan and switching to FTTB. Can anyone help me with this issue?
