Unstable 5G Home Broadband

Hi,
Our 5G home broadband has been super unstable for the last weeks. Even though the modem shows full reception (4 green bars), the download speed is never above 40Mbps, I just tested it, and it's downloading 2.3Mbps right now. See the attached speed tests I did at different times during the day.
It's impossible to watch anything on Netflix or Stan without constant freezes.

During the first couple of weeks, the service was excellent, and we had constant 90+Mbps download speeds, but I don't see the point in keeping the service since I can have a stable NBN connection for the same price.
Can you please help me cancel my plan?
