Hi there I'm a new tpg customer and currently experiencing unstable connection to servers giving me high ping to australian servers. I called tpg last night to inform of the issue and they said they would call me at certain time with details with already admitting fault on there end. I did not recieve the call they informed me about. have also experienced drop outs at early hours of the morning.
I'm certain its not my device or any others in my household if this issue cannot be resolved I will change to a new provider and warn others of your inconsistent service.
