Update Contact

Hi,

Can't update my new home address in " Update Contact". Write the new address and when saved come old address. Need to show my current address in my last invoice as my Kid's school admiassion.

New Adress: XX/XX Clifton St;  Blacktown-2148; NSW

Updating the service address means you have transferred or you will be transferring your current service. 

Have you already tried logging in to My Account to check the information? 

Please send us with your Customer ID or username via private message so we can assist accordingly.
