Let us help understand why the speed is still the same even after upgrading the plan.
First, let us do the basics. Can you please post a screenshot of the speed test on this thread and kindly turn off the modem for 3 minutes and turn it back on? Once the internet is reconnected, re-run another speed test and let us know if there will be any improvement.
