I have just requested to upgrade from Standard to Standard PLus. And received the advice of the completion. But when i check the speed it is still the Standard plan ie around 10Mbps as the download and around 4Mbps. I cannot see the speed being changed. Can you please advise when i could see the spped changed? Thanks
