Get online support
I upgraded my NBN plan from NBN12 to NBN100 today.
I've had the email come through saying that the plan change has been completed, but when i've gone to check out the new speed via a speedtest, the download speed has gone from 11mbps to 15-25mbps when it should be atleast 70-80mbps download.
I dont care about the upload speed, just want the download to be increased to what its meant to be.
Can i get some help please.
Its now gone from 15-25mbps download to 50-65mbps download

Sorry to know that you're not getting the expected speeds. I've ran a test on our end and have not seen any evident line fault. Have you already tried testing the speed via wired connection?
