Get online support
I just upgraded my nbn50 to 200 yesterday, and got a confirmation email saying the upgrade has been completed.
I've rebooted my router and the speed is still around 50mbps Speedtest
Can someone please have a look at this urgently?

Our Engineering Team is still conducting investigation with the issue affecting the speed of the service. We will chase this with them to prioritise this case, expect an update within the day.

I thought the changes are done one your end?
I got 200mbps no problem during the trial period and i didn't have to do anything, what's the difference now? I'm still using the same router.
